What is the return policy?

If for whatever reason you have a question about our return policy please contact us.

Goods generally are not sold on a sale or return basis. However, if for some reason your print has been damaged during shipping, it will be covered by the couriers insurance. If you feel your print is not up to the expected standard and there is something wrong with it please contact us within seven days of receiving the order.

How are the prints signed? 

All prints are hand signed by yours truly, Jeff Kravitz.

Can I make a custom order? 

Definitely. We welcome custom inquiries, please reach out at hello@jeffkravitzphoto.com.

What sizes are available? 

11" x 14", 16" x 20", 20" x 24", these dimensions refer to the size of paper that is printed. We can offer larger ‘custom’ sizes.  Sizes are the paper size, not image size.  Generally a boarder of 1” at the top and sizes and 2” at the bottom. 

what is the recommended care for my print? 

Keep out of direct sunlight, away from unusually hot cold or damp conditions.
